AHAS is an association of advice services whose primary work is to provide housing advice.  We promote and support the provision of professional dedicated housing advice services.

Our members are drawn from both local authority and non-statutory housing advice services, networks and specialist advisers in generalist services.  We meet regularly to discuss issues which affect housing advice and engage other professionals and the government on housing related issues, developments in legislation, single homelessness and homeless prevention.

AHAS is a body representing housing advice providers.  We do not provide advice or information directly to the public, although our members do.  Our links page includes details of services that provide free advice and information. Click Here
